Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Air conditioning only in the living room. 🍁The apartment: The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, washing machine and oven among other appliances. 🍁To be taken into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT).
