Additionally, every Sunday the neighbourhood becomes a key point for Madrilenians and visitors thanks to the renowned El Rastro market. 🍁The apartment: This bright 3-bedroom apartment of 78 m2, located on the second floor of a building with a lift, features a modern living room with a television and a double sofa bed that also integrates the dining area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, from oven and fridge to dishwasher. It has 3 rooms with great luminosity thanks to its windows, two of them with a double bed and another with two single beds. The apartment also has a full bathroom with a shower. It has WiFi connection, heating in all rooms and air conditioning only in the living room. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. 🍁To take into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU).
