Apartment for rent in Madrid: This is a spacious apartment perfect for students and young professionals, well-connected, fully furnished, equipped and very close to Plaza de Prosperidad. It is a five-bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, a small dining and kitchen area equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishes and a washing machine. All have wardrobes, study desks with lamps, bed linen and towels. The apartment is just one street away from Plaza Prosperidad (metro line 4). It has a bus stop just a few steps away (line 9 that takes you to IE) and if you study at EAE you will be just a few minutes' walk from either of its two campuses. In addition, there is a supermarket across the street (as well as many others nearby), shops and restaurants, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Important clarifications: 1) We will send an email to the tenants to request their passports and university acceptance letters. Once they provide these documents, we will send them the contract for review and signature. 2) The payment of the security deposit, agency fee and provision of supplies must be made before the start date of the contract. 3) All our apartments have active WiFi, electricity, water and gas. Tenants do not have to worry about activating these services. 4) Our services include fortnightly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment. 5) Check-in times are on the contract start date from 3pm to 6pm. If you do not want/cannot do the check-in on that day, you must notify Housinganywhere, with a minimum of 15 days, the desired check-in date which must be within Housinganywhere's business hours (9:30am to 6:30pm).
