Baño completo, amplio, con plato de ducha y ventanas para ventilación y luz natural. Situado en el Distrito de Ciudad Lineal, junto a Metro Ascao (Línea 7), paradas de autobús 28 y N6 y todos los servicios necesarios (Supermercados Día y Ahorramás, tiendas, bares, restaurantes, gimnasios, etc..). Los suministros de electricidad, gas, agua, Wifi Internet y servicio de limpieza semanal de zonas comunes tiene un coste fijo de 50€/mes.
