It includes a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and balconies opening onto a spacious and bright interior courtyard. Relaxing in the city is possible. Come and see for yourself! Apartment amenities: Air conditioning and heating, bathroom, refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, flat-screen TV, kitchen utensils, closet, toilet paper, bedding, and towels. The included utilities are capped at €50 per month for electricity and €20 per month for water. To make payments for the monthly fee, the guarantee or any additional charges, bank transfer details will be provided. For international payments, the Wise platform will be used. For card payments, an additional charge of 1.5% will be applied to the total amount of the reservation for collection management fees. There is a waste management fee that must be paid along with each monthly payment. This fee will be 12€/month.
