Beautiful apartment in Madrid! Luxurious and elegant flat totally refurbished in Castelló street, between Jorge Juan and Goya streets, Goya area. It is an exterior flat with windows to the street, very bright, in a classic building with lift and doorman. It is located in a very exclusive area of the city, busy and elegant, close to restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars and tapas bars. On entering the apartment there is a long corridor to the left with a laundry room with a separate washing machine and dryer and all the necessary cleaning equipment. This is followed by the guest toilet. Continuing down the corridor is a bedroom with 2 single beds with a bedside table, a desk and chair, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and screen. To the right of this corridor there are several built-in wardrobes with storage space. From this corridor you reach a large living/dining room with integrated open plan kitchen. Very spacious and bright, nicely decorated in neutral colours. The dining room is rectangular with fabric chairs and a wooden cabinet. The kitchen is modern, in white, with numerous drawers that hide the latest appliances and kitchenware for 12 people. It has a central stone counter that opens onto the living room and wicker benches. The social area is divided into two lounges, each with its own sofa, armchairs, coffee table and side tables. In the middle there is a large flat screen Smart TV that can be moved as desired. A large chandelier stands out, giving the room a modern feel, along with a mirror that reflects the light from the windows. Past the dining room there is a hall that opens to the left to the second bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 and a green fabric armchair, and to the right to the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00, and a work desk with chair. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower and glass enclosure. Everything is beautifully decorated and equipped with excellent quality bed linen and towels. All the floors in the flat are wooden except for the bathrooms which are tiled. The air conditioning is central and the heating is by boiler and radiators. All the windows are enclosed by electric blinds. EQUIPMENT Large flat screen TV in living room, high speed WIFI and Cable TV, heating by boiler and radiators and central air conditioning (one control controls the social area and another controls the bedrooms), fridge and freezer, induction cooker, oven, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Espacio muy amplio e iluminado, muy bien decorado en colores neutros. El comedor es rectangular con sillas en tela y un mueble vitrina en madera. La cocina es moderna, en color blanco, con numerosos cajones que esconden los electrodomésticos de última generación y menaje para 12 personas. Tiene un mesón central en piedra que abre al salón y bancos en mimbre. El área social está dividido en dos salones, cada uno con su sofá, butacas, mesa de centro y mesillas laterales. En el medio hay una gran Smart TV pantalla plana que puede moverse a conveniencia. Resalta una gran lámpara tipo araña que le da modernidad al ambiente, junto con un espejo que refleja la luz de las ventanas. Pasando el comedor hay un hall que abre a la izquierda a la segunda habitación con cama doble de 1.60 x 2.00 y un sillón de tela en color verde, y a la derecha a la habitación principal con cama doble de 1.80 x 2.00, y escritorio de trabajo con su silla. Ambas habitaciones tienen su baño en suite con plato de ducha y cabina de cristal. Todo está bellamente decorado y equipado con ropa de cama y toallas de excelente calidad. Todo el suelo del piso es de madera excepto los baños que son de losa. El Aire Acondicionado es central y la calefacción es por caldera y radiadores.
