The living-dining room has a single sofa bed, a table for 6 diners and practical folding bunk beds that, when closed, become a large desk. All beds are equipped with 28 cm viscoelastic mattresses. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has a breakfast bar with stools for 2 people and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The room, bright and cosy, is equipped with a double bed. The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, both with a large shower with thermostatic control, unlimited hot water, and towel rail. There is internet via fibre optic, central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The building has 3 lifts and a goods lift, although to access the apartment you have to climb a flight of stairs. The cot is subject to availability.
