We are looking for a girl or a boy for a minimum stay of 4 months. The room is large, includes a double bed and built-in wardrobe, it is very pleasant, it is exterior, bright and very quiet. It is fully furnished with a desk, chair, shelves and wardrobe, and also has views of the park. The house is occupied by young and respectful people, mostly students. It has a large living-dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, drying rack, coffee maker, oven, microwave and 2 refrigerators and 3 full bathrooms. Electricity, water and wifi internet services are included in the price. The weekly cleaning of the common areas is 20€ per month. Heating is 40€ per month in winter (November to March inclusive).
