Apartment very well located in Madrid for individual use and not couples. Very close to Arturo Soria street next to bus stops such as 70,7,29 or 107 with great connections to Madrid. Arturo Soria is one of the best areas of Madrid, for its good location, wide avenues, tranquility and wooded areas. The area is good and safe, has a supermarket less than a minute walk, as well as several bars and stores nearby ideal all of them to meet any of the needs of the tenant. The apartment is fully furnished, with all appliances and utensils necessary for living and is newly renovated. The apartment is to share, being a maximum of 4 roommates between 20 and 35 years old, all of them students or workers. it has two complete bathrooms, completely renovated. These are in perfect conditions, since cleanliness is an important aspect for us. In addition there is a common kitchen with everything you need, dishwasher, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hood, microwave, toaster, etc.. It also has a small terrace with a clothesline and a washing machine. The building has a concierge and elevator and there is no problem in receiving parcels, since in case you are not at home when the deliveryman comes, he will leave it to him to deliver it to you later as long as it coincides with his schedule.
