This modern and comfortable studio with Office Kitchen is designed to offer you a practical and pleasant stay in Madrid. It has a 1.20 double bed, bed linen and towels, soundproof windows that offer natural light and views to the outside, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. In addition, the studio has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and hair dryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster, designed exclusively for heating. This studio is perfect for those looking for a practical space to relax and enjoy the city. The studio is located on a high floor and does have an elevator, and the windows overlook the outside, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during your stay. Located on Calle Gran Vía, this studio places you in one of the most iconic and vibrant areas of Madrid. Just a few minutes walk from Plaza España and Santo Domingo, you can enjoy a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and theaters. In addition, you will be close to emblematic points such as the Royal Palace, Plaza de Callao and the Telefónica Building, ideal for exploring the city. The studio is very well connected by public transport, with the Callao metro station (Lines 3 and 5) just a 1-minute walk away, giving you quick access to the main areas of Madrid, such as Gran Vía, Sol, Chueca and more. You also have the Gran Vía station (Lines 1 and 5) just a few minutes away, as well as several nearby bus lines and the biciMAD system to move comfortably around the city. The area has a wide variety of services, such as nearby hospitals (Hospital La Paz and Clínico San Carlos), shopping centers such as El Corte Inglés, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cinemas. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION POLICIES: 1. Payment method: cash or bank transfer. 2. The deposit must be paid by cash during check-in. 3. Admin fee of 60 Euros is payable in cash at the time of check-in. 4. The amount of 60 euros must be paid in cash one day before check-out as a maintenance fee. 5. City registration (empadronamiento): not possible. 6. In case of the need of an invoice, tenants should note that we do NOTassume the VAT, which is equivalent to 10% in Spain. TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED for the accommodation. 7. Taxes and commissions for credit cards and/or bank transfers are NOT included. 8. The internet service is the responsibility of the LANDLORD. The value of the electricity bill and the value of the water supply will be paid to the LANDLORD upon presentation of the corresponding invoice by the TENANT. 9. Kids are not allowed. 10. For more than 1 tenant, there is an extra charge per additional person, equivalent to 50 Euros per month. Check-in/out: Check-in: Every day from 15:00 to 22:00. Check-in-late from 22:00 to 00:00 are 20€ supplement and from 00:00 to 1:30 are 30€ supplement. Check-out or Departure from the Studio at 11 A.M. at the latest (CHECK-OUT TIME IS NOT NEGOTIABLE). Your landlord speaks: English and Spanish. Your landlord does not live on the property. This landlord offers a specific COVID-19 disinfection protocol, including surfaces, air filters and bed linen.
