This furnished, ready-to-live-in studio can accommodate up to 2 people for a comfortable, functional stay in Lyon. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a residence secured by entry code, it offers a practical and pleasant living environment, close to shops, restaurants and universities in the area. The apartment is fully equipped for a worry-free stay: Wi-Fi connection, iron and ironing board, clothesline, portable fan and all the essentials of daily life are provided. All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a Wifi connection for a peaceful stay. Please note: although the apartment does not have its own washing machine, the residence has a laundromat available to residents. A step is also available for easy access to overhead storage areas. The rent includes complimentary home insurance. IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 1150 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 2300 EUR otherwise The refundable security deposit will be 1150 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 2300 EUR otherwise. If you want to pay the rent monthly, you will also have to provide documents such as payslips or tax notices showing that you or your guarantor can pay the monthly rent.
