Beautiful and furnished studio apartment with modern equipment and own kitchen. The beautiful and furnished studio apartment called "KKL II" offers all around comfort on 25m2. The studio is equipped with three beds, consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for three persons with crockery, cutlery and pans, has two hotplates as well as a combination appliance that can be used both for baking and as a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. In (hidden)ment there are washing machines and dryers, which can be used free of charge. Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with international channels are available free of charge. You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Also some restaurants are not far away. The restaurant Militärgarten at Horwerstrasse 76 or the Ristorante-Cafeteria Accademia at Zihlmattweg 20 are recommended, for example.
