The Space: This relaxing one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a residential apartment building in Holborn. The open plan living and dining area enjoys a large comfy sofa, smart TV and a fully fitted kitchen. Stocked with some essentials to get you started, a range of teas and Nespresso coffee. A comfy double bedroom, and bathroom with a bath to soak the day away is perfect to help you unwind. Guest Access: Our guests have exclusive access of the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Holborn is a perfect London location, Bloomsbury, King’s Cross, Clerkenwell, and Fitzrovia are all close by. One of the joys of living here is that you can walk everywhere. Many of the area’s jewels are tucked away in the back streets. Marchmont Street, for example, boasts pubs, cafés, independent and second-hand bookshops and The School of Life, writer and philosopher Alain de Botton’s shop and event space with the mission to teach emotional intelligence. Getting Around: Holborn Station is less than a 5 minute walk away and is served by the Central and Piccadilly London Underground Lines. The expansive London Bus network is incredibly accessible from this apartment too. Between the tube, and the bus it's a piece of cake to get around! Other Things to Note: This apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible via stairs with no lift. This is a single level apartment. Portable air conditioning is available in this property. Pets are permitted at this property on request for an additional fee of £60 per week. Housekeeping will take place weekly for guests staying 14 nights or longer.
