The flat features two large double bedrooms, each equipped with ample storage for your belongings. The Super King and King size beds are adorned with comfortable hotel-quality linen, and fluffy towels and toiletries are provided for each guest. The flat is professionally cleaned before your stay, ensuring a worry-free arrival. In-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Superfast WIFI and central heating are available to keep you warm in the colder months. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with equipment in case you prefer to cook meals at home. The flat also includes a dining table for four. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a TV for your use. Other Details: The flat is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no lift, requiring guests to climb two flights of stairs. The TV is not displayed in the pictures, but there is one in the flat. Please note there is no regular programming but some apps. Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3 pm, with a £30 late check-in fee applicable from 10 pm to 8 am. Extra cleaning and linen services are available upon request for an additional charge. Strict no-smoking policy; evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee.
