A large open plan living/dining area has been furnished with the most luxury furnishings and fabrics and leads out onto your very own large private balcony. 2 large bedrooms,The master has a dressing area and ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower and the further second bedroom have ample room and good storage space. The second bathroom provides a walk-in shower. Use of the onsite facilities including Gym, pool, residence lounge area, privet dining room, conference facilities, 24-hour concierge, and Cinema room can be access via Induction after check in. Please inquiry for more information. Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival. For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.
