We are located in the Sete Rios area, near the University of Lisbon, a quiet area close to supermarkets and public transport stops. We’ve thought of everything to make sure your stay is the best! The studio is located on the ground floor. This private room benefits from high ceilings and a large window. With a kitchenette equipped with modern appliances -from a refrigerator and electric stove to a microwave that also works as an oven. You’ll have underfloor heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer to keep you comfortable all year round. A desk by the window gives you a bright spot to study in peace. The included wardrobe provides space to organize your clothes, while the en-suite bathroom ensures your privacy. Finally, your mezzanine double bed offers plenty of space to sleep and stretch out, while the power outlets at the headboard (both regular and USB) let you charge your phone while watching your favorite shows on your laptop! The property has a paid washer-dryer available in the common area. Our common areas are cleaned daily, and you can also opt for additional room cleaning services: * **Standard room cleaning** – €175 (per 5-month period) (Your room is cleaned every two weeks, so you can focus on what’s most important.) * **Premium room cleaning** – €205 (per 5-month period) (Includes bi-weekly room cleaning and a change of bed linen twice a month. You’ll need to provide a clean set of bed linen for each change.) To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a variety of essential packs: * **Dining utensils** – €60 Includes 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 spoons, 4 teaspoons, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 mugs, and 2 glasses. * **Kitchen utensils** – €60 Includes 1 multi-purpose knife, 3 cooking utensils, 1 frying pan, 1 pot, 2 kitchen mats, 1 cutting board, and 2 kitchen towels. * **Bedding pack** – €135 Includes 2 pillows, 1 duvet, 2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover, and 1 bedsheet. * **Shower pack** – €50 Includes 2 face towels and 2 bath towels.
