BEDROOMS - The house offers three bedrooms, freshly made with high-quality bed linen. - There's a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. - There's also a queen and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. BATHROOMS - The apartment has 2,5 modern bathrooms with large mirrors, toilets, sinks, fixed showers, and hairdryers. - Towels are provided for all guests. EXTERIOR - The apartment has large windows that open up to a beautiful Tagus River view. - There's also a sunny balcony with comfortable lounge chairs. PARKING - You'll have access to two garage spaces and one electric car charger! ACCESSIBILITY - The building has an elevator that brings right to your apartment door. - Please note that Alfama might not be the best place for people with reduced mobility due to its stiff coble stone streets YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING THIS PROPERTY SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED (1000€): The security deposit will serve as a protection for any damages that may occur at the property.
