LOCATION The neighbourhood offers a mix of local shops, cafes, restaurants, and essential services within walking distance. Nearby metro stations: Anjos station — Green Line. Also relatively close: Alameda station — Red Line, and Saldanha station — Yellow Line. Some of the buses that stop near Rua Francisco Sanches are: 706, 708, 716, 717, 742. Bus stops close by include: Praça do Chile bus stop (a 1–2 minute walk) and Rua Morais Soares stop (about 4 min walk) Please, read carefully the whole description before sending a booking request: ✅ YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES: - Utilities (Up to €40/month of water, electricity, gas). - WiFi. - Cable TV. - Weekly cleaning included. - Maintenance service. - Telephone service for emergencies. 💵 REQUIREMENTS: + Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check in). + Admin fee (Paid per person once during the check in). + Extra cost of 50€/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons. 📅 MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. 🕛 CHECK-IN TIME: - Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm. 🌆 OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request) - Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 € (Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm). - Special cleaning of the studio 49.99 € (1 X per week). 🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed. We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residence Visa!
