It’s just steps from the local railway station; Krefeld‐Linn station is served by the Rhein‐Niers‐Bahn and Emscher‐Niederrhein‐Bahn regional services, giving you quick connections to Düsseldorf, Cologne and the Ruhr area. Shops, bakeries, pharmacies and medical services are all within walking distance, and you can stroll to Burg Linn with its hunting lodge, Greiffenhorst mansion and landscaped park. The moated Linn Castle, dating from the 12th century, is the oldest fortress on the Lower Rhine and includes a bailey, hunting lodge and tithe barn; the castle grounds and park provide an impressive setting for events. Inside, the apartment offers modern comforts: underfloor heating, real wood flooring and electric shutters. The spacious open‐plan living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a separate study – ideal for remote work. The bedroom is furnished for restful sleep, with a full bathroom and a separate guest WC. A furnished balcony invites you to relax outdoors, and a dedicated parking space in the underground garage is included. Washing machine and dryer are in a designated basement.
