Detached house, maisonette in Koropi, ten minutes from the airport. The house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Our garden of about 1200 square meters has flowers and trees. A house that offers relaxation, tranquility and all the comforts for your stay. It is located two minutes from Evelpidon Avenue and is ideal for your tours in the surrounding areas such as Varkiza, Vouliagmeni, Glyfada, etc.The house is ideal for two digital nomads because it combines work with holidays. The sunny weather of Athens combined with our beautiful garden and nearby excursions to the beaches is ideal for those who want to enjoy their stay. Saint Lawrence College is an eight minute drive away. Super markets and shops for your shopping you will find at a distance of 5-10 minutes from the house. Our neighborhood consists of single-family houses and you will need a car or motorbike to get around. Please note that the price is for 1-2 persons. After 2 persons there's an extra charge. Please note that the electricity is included in the rent but with a specific kWh limit. Transportation There is a bus stop near the house for bus 120 Glyfada - Koropi Station. From the station in Koropi you can take the metro to the airport or to the center of Athens.
