It is in a very nice, quiet gated resort and is very to Disney, other attractions and is just over an hour to stunningly beautiful beaches. The Windsor Palms Resort offers so many amenities, you may not even want to leave the property. Our bright and spacious vacation home sleeps 10 people very comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The villa's unique style layout allows for great flexibility for our guests to be able to come together due to the very sociable semi-open plan layout but at the same time allowing for everyone to retreat for some chill time on their own if they so desire. Accommodation comprises 1 king master bedroom with en-suite and one queen master bedroom with en-suite all located on the ground floor. King Master en-suite bathroom is huge, with a large bathtub and a separate walk-in shower cubicle. It also benefits from "his" and hers" twin sinks for our guests' comfort and convenience. This room is a delight and incredibly spacious and cheerful with a sumptuous king-sized bed. Queen Master bedroom 2 is located towards the front of the house and is a very cozy and stylish room. Far enough away from the throng of a busy household if what's required is some downtime. Bliss. Again a sumptuous queen-sized bed awaits with your own private en-suite shower room for your comfort and convenience. Also located on the ground floor, half bath and at the front of our home is another large bedroom with twin beds. This is a bright and cheerful room with lovely views to the front and includes an extremely comfortable beds. A winding, open plan stairway leads to the first floor where you will find a large, balconied hallway leading to a further two large bedrooms queen bed with the other room have twin beds. Each of these rooms features a flat-screen TV with cable included. Sandwiched in between these two bedrooms is a bathroom. Our large, fully fitted kitchen benefits from all mod-cons, including a huge pantry, plentiful wall and base cupboards which include as much crockery and essential kitchen aids and utensils as you would ever need. We have a large refrigerator and freezer, stove and microwave oven as well as a dishwasher. For your convenience, we also provide an electronic coffee maker and blender as well as a toaster. A breakfast bar with stools allows for casual dining. Adjacent to the kitchen lies the dining area with seating for 6. The laundry room, which is off the dining area incorporates a washer, dryer, cupboards, ironing board and iron. Relax on our super comfy corner sofa of an evening and catch up on a bit of TV The living room and all bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and all are equipped with Xfinity cable TV for your viewing pleasure. There is also High-speed WiFi throughout our home as well as full air-con. and heating. Access to the pool area can be made via patio doors from the living area. Step out to our spacious lanai where you will find luxurious seating for 6 around our alfresco dining table. If required a ceiling fan above will cool you on those balmy Florida nights. The pool deck area is a sun trap; bathed in Florida sunshine from morning till the sun sets. Enjoy a refreshing drink from the lanai as you watch the sunset. What more can you ask for? Pool/ Spa heating and other facilities, such as BBQ hire are available upon request for an extra fee. For our guests with young families we provide a pack ‘n’ play travel cots, a high chair for your convenience. *Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community. Smart Florida Villa is a fabulous 5 bed/3.5 bath pool home within the prestigious, 24-hour guard-gated resort of Windsor Palms, Kissimmee. The resort itself is stunning! Beautiful tree lined wide avenues, immaculately kept lawns, plenty of greenery and lush colorful gardens. Staff within the resort are incredibly friendly and welcoming. On offer are many facilities and there is a frequent program of events laid on, such as BBQs and water yogo classes, for our guests pleasure. Within our clubhouse is a 50 seater cinema with frequent showings of all your favorite movies, with something to suit everyone - young and young-at-heart! The Windsor Palms Resort offers so many amenities, you may not even want to leave the property.
