Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes 14. Vehicle seats over 8 people 15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine 16. Vehicle has dual axles 17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered i. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business. Just opened within two miles is a brand new Walmart shopping and grocery center, with gas station, that is very easy to get in and out of. Our home is perfectly located very close to all of the major theme parks in the area. Also brand new to the area is a great winery called Island Grove Wine Company - with spectacular food, wine, and outside dining! Located in WINDSOR PALMS a 5 STAR GATED RESORT COMMUNITY. Windsor Palms is a true resort community, with a 24 hour manned security gate for your safety. Our Villa is just steps away from the fabulous Windsor Palms Club House area, offering numerous resort style amenities. The resort center includes a 7500 sq ft clubhouse with modern exercise facilities, game room, arcade, a 58 seat movie theater (FREE movies daily), a sundry shop-for that fresh cup of coffee and paper in the morning.
