Es hat 4 geräumige Zimmer und 2 Bäder (davon eines mit Badewanne), einen kleinen Garten mit Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Dampfgarofen und Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern: Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein großes Jugendzimmer mit Schlafgelegenheiten für 2 Personen sowie ein Gästezimmer für 1 Person. Unmittelbare Nähe zu U-Bahn- und Busverbindungen in alle Teile der Stadt (Stationen Poststraße und Neumarkt) 3 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof/Dom 3 Station zur Universität Köln 3 - 5 Stationen zur Technischen Hochschule Köln Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen ebenso wie Restaurants, Cafés und Kneipen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Miete inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Telefon/Wlan + Strom) Wir (Familie von 3) sind 8 Monate im Ausland und suchen in dieser Zeit nette Zwischenmieter für unser Heim. Im Haus lebt außerdem unser Kater, der eher schüchtern, aber sehr freundlich ist.
