This cosy, sunny and airy apartment is on 4th floor and has a fairly large balcony where one can spend a lot of time every day from March to the end of October. The apartment offers central heating (gas) and aircondition for hot summer days. So the gas and electricity extra expences are charged accordingly depending on the season (either or). The building features a big garden and benches in which someone can pass some beautiful moments. It is easy to park in the area. Iraklio - Attica is a calm and green area in the north suburbs of Athens. The building is located 10minutes walk from the metro station (metro line1 Piraeus - Kifissia), it takes 20 minutes to the center of Athens and 10 minutes to Kifisia, a trendy area to the north. It is well conected to the suburban railway, 25 minutes from the airport. Close to the Olympic Stadium and with direct access to Attiki Odos (ring) exit 10. Also close to the malls and Hospitals. Acces to the beaches and the ports (Piraeus, Rafina & Lavrio) via Attiki Odos is quick. Ideal for families or friends that want to spend their vacations combining the center of Athens and archaeological signs with swimming in beautiful beaches and day trips to the closest islands
