Attention: the map shows the wrong Rathenaustrasse ! kitchen fully equipped, bedroom with bedsheet, towels at the station a lot of supermarkets and other shops, baker only 10 meter from the apartment; after 3 stops by S-Bahn at Tegel lots of shops and supermarkets, and change to undergound line 6; if a prolonging of the contract is possible will be known end of February 2026; place is best for people studying at home, or who need it very quiet; only for nonsmoker, no pets allowed; first rent and deposit to be paid in cash; You may visit the place on wednesday, thursday, Friday.
