This newly renovated, fully furnished and comfortable studio apartment is located in a quiet area of Meilahti, close to services, nature and public transport. Helsinki City Centre is ~10 min away by car /15 min by public transport. Meilahti Hospital is within walking distance (~1km). Bus, tram stops and city bikes ~200m away. University of Helsinki / Meilahti Campus ~1 km, City Centre Campus ~25 min by public transport, Aalto University ~25 min by public transport. Cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and outdoor trails by the sea nearby. The outdoor trails of Central Park start only about 450 m away. Comfortable bed for one or two (80 cm / 160 cm), also serves as a sofa during the day. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and Nespresso capsule coffee maker. Please note that there is no oven. The bathroom is compact, but there is a shared laundry room in the building available for use. 3rd floor, the building is equipped with an elevator. Beautiful views over the roofs and trees from the apartment window.
