Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über ein 1.40m x 2.00m großes Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch sowie einen Teppich. Die Tür des Zimmers ist ebenfalls abschließbar. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über WLAN. Der Bewohner hat Zugriff auf das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Toilette sowie auf die Küche, die einen Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine sowie alle notwendigen Küchen-Utensilien (Löffel, Gabel, Töpfe, Teller, etc.). Die Tür des Zimmers ist abschließbar und der Bewohner bekommt einen Schlüssel von der Haupttür ebenfalls. Die Anmeldung ist möglich. Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Es ist ca. 100m von der zentralen Station "Hauptbahnhof Hamburg" entfernt und man hat Zugang zu allen U-Bahnen und S-Bahnen sowie Bussen und Fernzüge der Stadt. Außerdem ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Penny (direkt gegenüber der Wohnung), sowie viele weitere Einkaufsläden und Essensmöglichkeiten aller Nationen. Alle Behörden und wichtigen Ämter sind im unmittelbarem Umkreis von 500m auffindbar. Der Hamburger Jungfernstieg als große Shopping-Möglichkeit ist ca. 500 Meter zu Fuß entfernt und das Rathaus der Stadt lediglich 1000 Meter. Mit den verfügbaren öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an der Wohnung kommt man in unter 20 Minuten nach Nord-, Ost-, West- und Süd-Hamburg. Es besteht ebenso aber auch die Möglichkeit als Bewohner einen Bewohnerschein für seinen eigenen PKW zu bekommen und in der Nähe zu parken. Unterkunftsregeln: Für ein gemeinsames harmonisches Zusammenleben ist die Hygiene und Respekt wichtig. Jeder Bewohner wird absolut fair und gleichberechtigt behandelt und keinerlei Diskriminierung wird geduldet.
