The spacious, bright living / dining area with a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV with streaming services (e.g. Netflix) and a large dining table offers quality time at home. On request, we could change the smallest room to a singel bedroom or provide a desk, if you rather like to have a work space in the apartment. The modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, a hair dryer and towels. The apartment is located in the charming Barmbek-Süd, the former working-class district of Hamburg. The Osterbek Canal, the old buildings in the composers' quarter and the proximity to the Alster, with the extensive green spaces, and also Stadtpark characterizes this district. In addition to the excellent metro connection, the apartment offers good infrastructure. Its area has a wide range of local amenities for example a supermarket on the ground floor of the residential building with opening times until 11 p.m., a bakery, an ATM, numerous restaurants and a laundry can be reached in just a few minutes by foot.
