Furthermore, there is an equipped private kitchen featuring an induction hob and an oven. The shower and toilet are also private and not shared. The studio is located on the ground floor, adjacent to an inner courtyard where you can use the shared picnic benches. It is situated in the Ekkergem neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from the historic city centre of Ghent. I am renting out the studio because I will be on an Erasmus exchange myself during this period. Electricity costs will be settled monthly based on actual consumption via the supplier's app.
