Hi! I'm a student at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, going on exchange to Nice, France this autumn. I'm renting out my fully furnished studio apartment (32 m2) from August to January 5. Both move-in and move-out dates are flexible. Rent: 8,500 SEK/month (electricity, heating, water, and WiFi included) Deposit: 4,250 SEK (half a month's rent) paid at move-in About the apartment: • Fully furnished, like new • 4th floor, balcony • Combined dishwasher and washing machine • Coop, Elgiganten, and Dollarstore in the same building Location: Hisingen near Backaplan, with great bus and tram connections to central Gothenburg (about 7 min to the city center).
