It is located very centrally in the Gallus district near the central station. Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration” . You don ́t have to pay a cash deposit upfront. Instead, you can use Garentii deposit insurance to protect your landlord. This way, you keep more money in your pocket!
