It is accessed by descending a staircase that leads into the spacious living area. The views are over the city, this two-room apartment is very quiet with a large terrace, located in an elegant building with an elevator just outside the avenues of Florence. Close to the Santa Maria Novella station, the apartment offers a double bedroom and a spacious living area with a kitchen and sofa bed. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower and bidet. The new windows with double glazing ensure all the tranquility that one desires. Please note: The utilities are to be considered indicative and may vary based on the monthly payments requested and the number of occupants present in the apartments.
