Appartamento con 1 camera da letto in stile classico (40 mq) può ospitare fino a 3 persone ed ha 1 bagno. L’appartamento si sviluppa su due livelli. All'ingresso si trovano: una camera matrimoniale che si apre sulla zona giorno che a sua volta è composta da sala da pranzo, area lettura e una piccola ma completa cucina. Salendo 10 scalini si arriva su un soppalco open space, dove si trova un letto singolo e una piccola scrivania. Un bagno con doccia completa l'appartamento. I soffitti con le travi a vista sono nella piena tradizione fiorentina. Dalle finestre si può godere la vista del Palazzo dei Georgofili, il retro del museo degli Uffizi, la cima della Torre di Arnolfo di Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza Signoria. Riscaldamento: autonomo. A lovely and well furnished apartment that faces a sidewalk, therefore it's very quiet and perfect for short term rentals. The apartment allows the guests to soak in the historical Florentine center. The apartment (40 sq.mt / 430 sq.f) has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is on two levels. Near the entrance there is the master bed room that opens onto the "day area" composed of dining room, reading space, and a small but complete kitchen. Climbing 10 steps you get to the open-space loft, where you will find a single bed and a small desk. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment. From the windows the guests can enjoy the view of the Palazzo dei Georgofili, the back side of the Uffizi museum, the top of the Tower of Anolfo of Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza Signoria.
