Appartamento su un livello in stile contemporaneo (70 mq e 100 mq di giardino) può ospitare fino a 4 persone con due camere da letto e tre bagni. Si viene accolti da un corridoio d’ingresso che conduce a tutte le zone della casa e scorre dritto fino ad arrivare al giardino. Tutte le stanze sono situate sulla sinistra del corridoio. A sinistra dell’ingresso si trova la prima camera da letto (materasso 160 cm - non divisibile) con scrivania e il proprio bagno ensuite con sanitari e doccia (provvista di braccio doccia e tendina). Tornando nuovamente al corridoio d’ingresso si prosegue e si trova un cortile interno, molto silenzioso, che dà luce a tutta la casa e a cui si accede grazie ad una porta finestra. Il corridoio di casa conduce poi ad un secondo bagno, anch’esso provvisto di servizi igienici, lavandino e doccia (con braccio doccia e tendina) . Andando oltre in corridoio si trova la seconda camera da letto (materasso 140 cm - non divisibile) con il proprio bagno ensuite con cabina doccia. Tornando in corridoio si trova un pratico ripostiglio dove si trova la lavatrice. Alla fine del corridoio si trova infine la cucina, ben attrezzata e capiente, e il soggiorno provvisto di un comodo divano angolare e una TV a schermo piatto. Da qui una porta finestra conduce ad un bellissimo giardino con barbecue in muratura. Qui si trova un albero di ciliegio, un olivo e altri alberi da frutta che fioriscono e producono frutta fresca. Qui si trova anche un comodo tavolo per sei persone con ombrellone ed anche due sdraio per prendere il sole. Il giardino confina con i Giardini di Boboli ed è molto silenzioso come lo è tutta la casa. IMPORTANTE - MANUTENZIONE GIARDINO: si informa che il giardiniere dovrà recarsi in giardino, passando per la casa usando il corridoio, nella fascia oraria 17.00 - 19.00 per annaffiare le piante al bisogno a seconda delle condizioni meteo e del periodo dell’anno.
