[ITA] Questo palazzo ospita sia l'appartamento denominato "Valentina", che si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore - 60 scalini da salire, che l'appartamento "Giulia" che si trova al quarto piano, senza ascensore - 70 scalini da salire. La posizione centrale è ottima in quanto si trova a due passi dalla Basilica di Santa Croce. Da qui è facile raggiungere i più famosi monumenti di Firenze come il Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio e gli Uffizi. Inoltre la zona di Santa Croce è ricca di ristoranti e negozi tipici dove potrete gustare ed acquistare le specialità fiorentine. Appartamento su un livello in stile contemporaneo (126 mq) può ospitare fino a 8 persone con tre camere da letto e tre bagni. Appena entrati si trova il corridoio e subito alla sinistra si trova la cucina, ben attrezzata, con area pranzo. Da questa stanza si arriva ad un disimpegno ed al primo bagno con doccia. Accanto si trova la prima camera da letto (con due letti singoli 90 cm larghezza - accorpabili). Tornando al corridoio, alla destra dell'entrata, si trova la seconda camera da letto (con due letti singoli 90 cm larghezza - accorpabili) con cabina armadio ed il proprio bagno ensuite con doccia. Tornando in corridoio, in fondo a destra, si trova un disimpegno dal quale si accede sia al terzo bagno con doccia che alla terza camera da letto (con due letti singoli 90 cm larghezza - accorpabili). In fondo a sinistra del corridoio si trova infine il grande salotto con divano letto per due persone (larghezza materasso 160 cm) e TV a schermo piatto. At the far left of the corridor there is finally the large living room with a sofa bed for two people (160 cm wide mattress) and a flat-screen TV. The ceilings are finely frescoed and the lighting of the rooms is very well designed. The apartment is quiet as it overlooks an internal courtyard. Independent heating.
