La cuisine est à partager entre 5 locataires et bien meublée (grille-p(hidden)ouilloire, grand frigo avec chacun sa planche, grand congélateur avec chacun son tiroir, armoires et tiroirs à couvert, four). Les douches et les wc sont à partager entre 3. Tout est propre. Les kots sont meublés, possibilité d'internet, tv, draps de lit, couette, oreiller et nécessaire de cuisine. Mise à disposition d'un fer à repasser, table à repasser, aspirateur et nécessaire de nettoyage+machine à laver (payante)+fil à linge. L'ambiance avec les autres locataires est conviviale, studieuse et agréable. Une femme de ménage vient 2 fois par semaine pour nettoyer les communs. Ainsi, cela reste toujours impeccable! Loyer dépend de la durée de location! Fully furnished room in a small building with only students and trainees living in. Room located next to public transportations with direct connexions to all universitiers. -300 meters by stops “Eglise sainte Antoine” (tram 81) towards Montgomery/Marius Renard; -250 meters by stops “Germoir” (tram 81, 83, bus 59,60,95); -1 kilometer from Flagey place of 15 minutes walk; -5 minutes walk from supermarket, etc Kitchen and bathroom is shared with other students of trainees (4) In the kitchen you will have your own space in the fridge, freezer, etc. The kitchen is full furnished: fridge, freezer, microwave, senseo, toaster, kitchenware, dishes,... The landlords do not live in the building but you can contact them 24/7 in case of emergency and during working hours for anything. Common areas are cleaned twice a week, the building is well maintained, casual atmosphere, ideal place to study and make new friends! Shared laundry room: washing machine, (use is not free of charge), dryer, iron, ironing board, laundy baskets -Small shared garden with barbecue set. –Secure door with cameras.
