On the ground floor: a nicely decorated living / dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walkin shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other-one a single bed. Tourist tax / registration at the property: As we rent this accommodation for short stay; you need to register (temporarily) all persons staying at this accommodation at Municipality of Eindhoven, we will provide you the document needed for it. If you do not register, then tourism tax applies and you need to pay 4,50 EUR per person per night staying at the accommodation on top of the monthly rent.
