Große Wohnung im Obergeschoss, 4-Raum Wohnung für 6 Personen, zentral im Unicampus gelegen. 2 Doppelbetten, 3 Einzelbetten. Flur mit Garderobe im EG. Im OG großzügiger offener Wohnraum mit großem Essbereich, Couchgruppe und Kaminofen. Offene Küche mit Küchentisch, Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und Schreibtisch, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Einzelbett, Couchgruppe, TV und Schreibtisch wird über eine kleine Treppe erreicht. Duschbad mit Tageslicht, Waschtisch, WC. TV, WiFi. Parkplätze können bei Bedarf gegen Gebühr mitgemietet werden. Zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung stehen den Gästen eine gemütliche Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Fahrradunterstellplatz und eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Beherbergungssteuer der Stadt Dresden wird zusätzlich berechnet, wenn die Voraussetzungen zur Befreiung nicht vorliegen. Die Berbergungssteuer wird im Namen und Auftrag der Stadt Dresden vereinnahmt.
