Stays over 6 month can be discounted. If you stay more than 12 month, you can get the best discount. This is a self-contained, one-room apartment located on the first floor. It is very quiet, as it faces the rear of the building and offers a view of greenery; nevertheless, it boasts a very central location. All shopping facilities, doctors, hospitals, restaurants, cafés, schools—including FOM and the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences—are within walking distance. There are excellent public transport connections, with buses, trams, and S-Bahn lines just a few minutes' walk away. Please refer to the photos for details regarding furnishings. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the basement (usage costs are included in the monthly rent). Satellite TV access can be added for an additional €10 per month. Please note that there is no kitchen; only a large refrigerator is provided. While it is possible to bring in appliances such as hotplates, a microwave, etc., there is no water connection available in the living or kitchen area—nor can one be retrofitted. Consequently, any washing up would need to be done using the sink in the bathroom. Now it belongs to the apartment. * The maximum occupancy is 2 persons, with extra bed 3 persons. * It is a non-smoking room! * It is located on the 1st floor * and is easily accessible via an elevator. It is a locked apartment, in which you have access to all rooms. Bed linen, blankets, pillows, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. are not part of the equipment and must therefore be brought by the guest or purchased themselves. ----------------------------------------- Aufenthalte über 6 Monate können rabattiert werden. Wenn Sie mehr als 12 Monate bleiben, können Sie den höchsten Rabatt erhalten. Es handelt sich um eine abgeschlossene 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der 1. Etage. Es ist sehr ruhig, da es nach hinten raus liegt, mit Blick ins Grüne. Es liegt trotzdem sehr zentral. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Krankenhäuser, Restaurants, Cafés, Schulen, FOM und Hochschule Düsseldorf liegen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPN. Busse, Bahnen, S-Bahn sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Möblierung siehe Fotos. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Nutzung zur Verfügung (in der Warmmiete enthalten). Für 10,-€ monatlich kann der SAT-Anschluss hinzugebucht werden. Es ist keine Küche vorhanden, nur ein großer Kühlschrank. Es können zwar Kochplatten, Mikrowelle etc. eingebracht werden. Ein Wasseranschlusss im Wohn- bzw. Küchenbereich ist nicht vorhanden und auch nicht nachrüstbar. Es müßte also im Waschbecken im Bad abgewaschen werden. Das Appartement * wurde frisch renoviert, * ist mit modernen, neuen Möbeln ausgestattet, * ist ca. 28 m2 groß, davon der Wohn- Schlafraum ca. 19m2, * hat ein Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschtisch, * hat einen großen Kleiderschrank, * hat einen ehemaligen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne, ruhig zum Entspannen, gehört jetzt zum Appartement. * Die Maximalbelegung ist 2 Personen, mit Zustellbett 3 Personen. * Es ist ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer! * Es befindet sich im 1. OG * und ist über einen Aufzug bequem erreichbar. Bettwäsche, Decken, Kopfkissen, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc. gehören nicht zur Ausstattung und müssen daher vom Gast mitgebracht bzw. selbst angeschafft werden.
