Al piano superiore, con scala interna, si raggiungono tre camere da letto, bagno, cabina armadio e piccola zona studio. È accettato un animale da compagnia. La casa è al secondo piano senza ascensore. La casa è in zona chiusa al traffico delle auto. Per l'auto, nelle vicinanze è possibile affittare mensilmente un posto auto in un parcheggio pubblico.
