The plot is completely fenced and has a private swimming pool, outdoor toilet, children's area, terrace with fan, gas barbecue and garden furniture, creating a safe and pleasant environment for families with children.. . Inside you will find a bright living room with Smart TV and sofa bed (2 seater), as well as centralised air conditioning throughout the property. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as an interior bathroom with shower.
