Access to the apartment is via a private lift that leads directly into the bright living room, furnished with a 1.60 m sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a Smart TV. From here, the rest of the rooms, including the kitchen, are distributed. Two large windows fill the living room with natural light. The first bedroom, while interior, is very bright thanks to a window overlooking an inner courtyard. It features a 1.50 x 2 m double bed and spacious built-in wardrobes. A hallway connects the two bedrooms and houses the first full bathroom, equipped with a shower and glass screen. The second bedroom is filled with natural light, with two exterior windows. It includes a 1.60 x 2 m bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table for three. From the kitchen, you access the apartment’s highlight: a stunning private terrace, furnished with two sun loungers, a high table with stools, a dining table for six, sunshades, an outdoor shower, and a lounge area – ideal for relaxing any time of the day. Next to the kitchen is a second bathroom, a guest WC also fitted with a shower tray. Located on Calle San Francisco Javier, this penthouse offers the perfect location for exploring Cádiz on foot, with the Central Market just around the corner and La Caleta beach only a short walk away. The area is also surrounded by numerous traditional bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best of local cuisine. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them.
