A place steeped in history that reflects the city’s aristocratic splendour and evokes Cádiz during the era of the Indies trade and the Age of Enlightenment. All guests enjoy access to a spacious landscaped terrace of nearly 100 m2, equipped with an outdoor dining area, lounge spaces, and a reading corner. The décor on each floor is unique, combining antiques from the 17th and 18th centuries, historical paintings, and distinctive pieces of modern design from the 20th and 21st centuries. The first accommodation unit, located on the ground floor next to the bright interior courtyard, is arranged across two spaces. The living-dining room includes a workspace, Smart TV, sofa, and designer armchairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. The bedroom features a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, two French doors opening onto the courtyard, and a carefully curated selection of historical pieces. The first floor offers a stately space with four balconies overlooking the street and four-metre-high ceilings. It includes a living-dining room with a 19th-century Chinese bed, a designer sofa, 18th-century French armchairs, and a TV. The open-plan kitchen features a carved marble sink and state-of-the-art equipment. The bedroom includes a 190 × 200 cm bed, built-in wardrobe, workspace, and an open marble bathroom with shower. On the second floor is the most exclusive accommodation, with four exterior balconies. It includes a bedroom with integrated living area and workspace, as well as a TV, plus a large independent bathroom with both shower and marble bathtub. The top floor is a bright suite with a floor-to-ceiling window that connects directly to the landscaped terrace. It includes a bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed, TV, and a bathroom with a spacious shower and built-in wardrobes. The palatial house is located just a few metres from one of Cádiz’s main gastronomic hubs, as well as its principal museum, a fifteen-minute walk from La Caleta Beach, and five minutes from the new leisure and dining complex “Calachica” in Punta de San Felipe. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
