The apartment includes regular cleaning, maintenance service, utilities (gas, water, electricity), and high-speed Wi-Fi. With a spacious living room featuring a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and one double room available for €480/month (single use) or €600/month for a couple, you’ll have everything you need, plus lots of natural light. We require a minimum stay of three months, a one-month deposit, the first month’s rent upon entry (or proportional), and the last month’s rent as part of the contract. Sharing this flat means you’ll be living with friendly, creative, and entrepreneurial housemates who enjoy socializing, having drinks, or watching football games together. The apartment’s privileged location is just three blocks from the Catholic University and close to the metro, making it easy to reach the center of Valencia and other key destinations. If you’re a student, you’ll need to present proof of study registration and financial means, while workers must provide payroll or an alternative financial arrangement, such as paying the contract in full (6 months plus deposit). ARRIVAL SCHEDULE Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed. ♦️Please note that all pre–move-in payments (Security Deposit, Admin Fees, etc..) must be made directly to our bank account once your booking is confirmed.
