Excellent location in the 9. district, very close to universities (~15 mins walk), good public transportation, Danube and parks are within 10 mins. Building is modern, it was built about 15 years ago. The apartment was newly refurbished 2 years ago. Windows and balcony face a quite cul de sac. One room is 12m2 the other is 13m2 and the balcony is accessible from both rooms. Both rooms are air-conditionned. Common dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Monthly utilities are about 90 EUR on top of the rental fee for the whole apartment. No smoking or pets allowed. This listing is for the 13 m2 room, which has a single bed, a sofa, a TV and a walk-in closet. There are separate listings for the other room, or for the whole apartment.
