This area is also known as the diplomatic quarter, with plenty of beautiful and elegant embassy villas in the neighborhood Thanks to the excellent location Public transport, Pharmacy, Grocery store, one of the best Italian restaurant ("Millenium da Pippo"), a great coffeeshop ("Matinee") are all nearby. Liszt Ferenc Square, is 4 minutes away, (it's a picturesque little square, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and bars) 5 minutes away from Citypark, Szechenyi Bath, Zoo, Museums, Opera House. 8 minutes away from Bazilika, and Gozsdu (where also lot's of bars and restaurants are). Public transportation in Hungary is safe, but there is a bike lane on Andrássy Avenue for those who prefer to travel by bicycle or electric scooter. Despite the excellent location, the apartment is quiet and there is always parking available in front of the building. Utilities and common costs are low. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Available for short, medium or long-term rental as well. Cleaning service available upon request.
