A 75m2 two-room apartment is available for rent in the 7th district of Budapest. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator). It was completely renovated over the past eight years. Two years ago we installed heat- and soundproof windows and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc., and there is a washing machine in a built-in cupboard in the hallway. The furniture shown in the pictures was purchased two years ago, but we are happy to buy additional furniture if needed. The apartment has 1 Gbit/s internet access. Heating is provided by a gas boiler, all utilities and internet is included in the rental price. The apartment is a 2-minute walk away from the main tram line 4-6 (running 24/7) and a 5-minute walk from the metro and numerous bus connections at Blaha Lujza Square. The 7th district is one of Budapest's bar and restaurant districts, and the apartment is located on the edge of the area.
