The location is really cool, close to some of the best pubs and discos and to University Corvinus, Semmelweis,CEU, BME,etc. Permanent high-speed INTERNET -connection!! Great easy access to all Unis, great location for Semmelweis Uni, CORVINUs, BME University! Rent: min. 850 Euro month +utilities (in case of min.6 months' definit term).
