Our flats are originally furnished for mid - term regular use, but in case You are a university student we are ready to insert a dedicated desk and a gamer chair for each of You! High speed internet is available! Freshly rebuilt, large:60sqm deluxe apartment with elegant decor designed for your exclusive Budapest stay! The flat comfortably fits 4 and is centrally located in a pedestrian area in an over 100yrs old historic palace. It is at the gate of the City, a few steps from Kálvin square (airport bus, metro, tram etc.) It is close enough to all key tourist attractions and nightlife but without crowd. Fast WIFI+NETFLIX. 0-24 onsite garage parking can be booked for extra fee, subject to availability. The location The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a comfortable full size double bed, and also a convertible sofa for a nice evening chat / or bedding for an additional two friends or kids. The living room / kitchen is in fact a large additional multifunctional area: a dining table for 6 perfect for a meal as dining area and a full kitchen designed and equipped with all the needed things for your stay. In the living room section you find an other convertible sofa as alternative bedding for 2 person. A freshly decorated bathroom with shower and a separate, comfortable toilet is at your group's disposal. In this apartment you have three bedding options (up to 6 person): a traditional full size double bed (160x200 cm) and two convertible sofas (140x200cm). You can decide which to prepare for your stay. The flat is accessible directly from the yard with a few steps to reach the elevated floor interior corridor. For your enhanced safety and security, we provide 24/7 video surveillance on the main entrance of the building at the common use area. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented apartment at any time. The flat is exclusively at your disposal, you do not share any of the above-mentioned areas with me or other guests. When entering the building you have to walk to the small open-air yard, turn left and take a few steps to the main door. The main entrance opens up an entre-corridor. Your apartment door will be on the left. More precise details you will receive in your welcome letter just before your arrival. Important Information: On top of the rent, you will also need to pay the common cost ("közös költség") - this is shown as the ‘Other’ cost in the price breakdown. In Budapest, this is a monthly fee paid by tenants to cover shared building expenses like cleaning, maintenance, lighting, water & garbage collection services.
