The other flat-mates are international students from different nationalities! This room is very big, with a double bed, sofa bed, closet and study table. It is room 7 on the floor plan. The kitchen and living room are also very big. This apartment has 4 bathrooms, so very comfortable to use for all flat-mates. Wifi is already installed in the apartment. Utilities are about 25 in summer and 45 in winter per person depending how much you use! Address registration is possible if you're staying for at least 5 months. This price concerns long stays. If you rent the for 4 months or less, the price is a bit more expensive. For more information please contact me, I’d be more than happy to help. Important: If your stay is longer than 3 months, a 2 month damage deposit will be payable. However, if your stay is less than 3 months, the deposit amount will be reduced to 1 month’s rent. 💢💢💢💢 Please note: ** Monthly cleaning for the common spaces costs between €3-5.
